You may notice that during that time all traffic was typically handled on F2, the use of “Phantom” boxes for full alarm dispatches, and you will hear old EN06 and the 24 hour Division 1 chief. During this 2 alarm incident, EN09 is involved in an accident with injuries while responding and there are two additional full alarms that had to be sent to F1.)
